Check-in is 4:00 PM with self check-in by smart lock — your door code is sent on booking. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, per city rules. Registered guests only — no parties or events without prior written approval — and no smoking inside any home.
At our three Azle lakefront homes — The Rucker Estate, the Lakefront Home with Treehouse, and the Lakefront Retreat — the heated pool is included at no extra charge. At the Grand Prairie 5BR Heated Pool Home and the Irving Sunroom Home, pool heating is optional at $100/day; please give at least 3 days’ notice so the water is warm when you arrive — details are on each home’s booking page.
